HALL OF EAGLES

Becoming an Eagle Scout has always meant a special significance, not only in Scouting but also as the Scout enters higher education, business and community service.  The award is a performance-based achievement whose standards have been well-maintained over the years.  Not every Scout who joins a Scout troop earns the Eagle Scout rank.  Only about 5% of all Scouts do.  The goals of Scouting - citizenship training, character development and personal fitness - remain important for all Scouts, regardless of what rank they achieve.  We have several Scouts well on their way towards Eagle, and plan to fill this page soon with those from Troop 163 who have earned the Eagle Scout rank.
